The Great Salt Lake Bowling Association is taking applications for the following offices:

TO HAVE YOUR NAME PLACED ON THE BALLOT, YOU MUST RETURN THE APPLICATION BEFORE MAY 10, 2009.

Applications not received before May 10, 2009, must be submitted at least one (1) hour before the start of the Annual Meeting. Applicant must be nominated from the floor.

2. At our upcoming Open and Women’s Tournament would you like us to continue to oil every other singles and doubles squad? Or should we oil after every squad?
