GREAT SALT LAKE BOWLING ASSOCIATION’S
PRESIDENT/SECRETARY WORKSHOPS
being conducted at the Lone Peak Pavilion*
located at 10140 S. 700 East, in Sandy, Utah,
between 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
on August 16, 2007.
*Lone Peak Pavilion in Lone Peak Park in
Sandy is a beautiful air-conditioned building with plenty of tables
and
chairs for our President/Secretary Workshops. The building is used
regularly for wedding receptions and other special occasions.
You choose when you want to attend…
anytime in the morning, afternoon, or evening!
REFRESHMENTS WILL BE SERVED.
Two $150.00 Gift Certificates to a bowling pro shop of your choice
will be raffled off…one for a president, one for a secretary.
You must attend the workshops in order to win.
Give us one hour of your
time…
Workshops will cover policies and procedures for doing
business together. We will explain how to complete league
applications, membership applications, and local and national awards
forms; discuss president and secretary responsibilities and rules and
program changes. We will display local and national awards, provide
information on our local tournaments, stress the importance of
preparing and submitting final averages in proper format, and other
pertinent information.
We plan to have someone available to answer questions on the BLS
program.
LEAGUE PACKETS
WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE WORKSHOPS.
No packets will be left at bowling
centers.
If you cannot attend, or if your league starts before August 17,
please call the GSLBA office to make arrangements to pick up your
packet(s) at the GSLBA office located inside Midnight Oil
at the following address:
